NMAA is excited to bring you MVP, our new sports and activities management web application! Below, we’ll walk you through a few of the features of MVP. MVP is set to launch July 8, 2006. Check back then to get started using this great new tool.

MVP: Get Registered!
The first step for new MVP users is to register. Don’t worry, it’s really simple!
Registration takes only a few seconds and gives you access to a powerful system for managing your team, including:
MyMVP: Your Home Base
MyMVP is your home base. Here, you’ll find all of your most important information. You can view upcoming games and enter results right here or from your team’s page.
This is also the jumping off spot for managing your member roles and profile.
Member Profiles: Get Known
Your member profile is a great way to share a little about yourself with other MVP members.
In the screenshot to the left, you’ll see the profile of the fictitious Jane Apodaca.
Roles: Your Key to MVP
MVP uses the concept of “roles” to allow access to various features. For example, our made-up member, Jane Apodaca is about to request the role of head coach for girl’s volleyball at Rio Rancho High School.
This will generate an email to the Athletic Director for RRHS who will then either approve or deny the request. Once the role is approved, Jane can start building her team.
You can have any number of roles within MVP. So, say you’re the head coach for volleyball and an assistant coach for girl’s track. No problem!
Teams: Total Control Made Easy
MVP makes it simple to build your roster and schedule competitions. Your team page is also where you will enter results from completed games.
School Profiles: Show Your Pride
Your school profile summarizes important information such as contact information, school colors and mascot, school staff, and integrated Google Maps™.
Editing school profiles, like the rest of MVP, is quick and easy.
Email: Keep in Touch
MVP helps facilitate communication by allowing you to email other members who hold the same roles.
For example, if you’re a volleyball coach, you can email other volleyball coaches around the state quickly and easily.
Bulletin Board: Get the Word Out
Have an empty slot for a game? Hiring a new assistant coach? The MVP Bulletin Board can help you get the word out.
